I purchased these for a friend whose health is failing. His pants kept falling off, and His hands are so weak that he could not muster the strength to pull his pants up. These suspenders work great, and they are easy for him to clip on to the belt loops instead of trying to struggle with the clamps that most have. I have arthritis throughout my body, so I am having difficult with my hands, so I am planning on ordering these for myself also as I am losing weight and a belt just creates bunches around my waist which is uncomfortable. These are stretchy and just the right width to be comfortable when you move around they hold your pants in place but move without and don't slide off your shoulders.
